FEES PAYMENT AND TRANSFER SYSTEM

• Payment Terms

  The writers' fees for completed works are paid twice a month: 10th and 25th of every month. The works which are successfully completed from 15th to 30th (31st) of the previous month are paid on 10th of the current month. The works which are successfully completed from 1st to 14th of the current month are paid on 25th.

• Refusal of Payment

  Unfortunately, there are cases when our customers are not satisfied with the work done (the most cases are caused by writers). The main reasons of dissatisfaction are the following: customer’s instructions violation, poor content level and even grammatical mistakes! In such cases a customer is entitled to send his negative feedback with errors detection. This feedback is forwarded to a writer for further revision. If a writer corrects all mentioned errors the payment is provided in full amount without any fines. In most cases writers do successful revisions and the fee is not reduced. The cases when a customer cancels his/her order and, therefore, refuses to pay occur much rarely. It may happen in cases when a writer writes with gross grammatical errors, poor or non-relevant content. Again, a writer has an opportunity to revise the paper. In case he/she does not want to correct or re-write the paper his/her fee is lost.

• Payment

  Writers salary is calculated and paid twice a month: for the first half of a month the works written from 15th to 30th(31st) of the previous month are paid; for the second half of a month the works written from 1st to 14th of the current month are paid. The payment is provided either with ACH, GBP Bacs, PayPal, E-gold, Wire Transfer, or Remote Cheque.
